The Director shall work collaboratively with any diaper banks in this State and any similar nonprofit organizations which provide diapers and diapering supplies to low-income persons at no cost or a reduced cost to ensure recipients of public assistance and other low-income families are made aware of the existence, location and services provided by such organizations.\n2.
