{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-422a.6784","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 422A.6784","heading":"Validity and surrender of identification card.","body":"Except as otherwise provided in NRS 422A.6786, an identification card that is issued pursuant to NRS 422A.677 to 422A.6789, inclusive, remains valid until its expiration date so long as the facts and circumstances declared in the application and stated on the card do not change and the person does not become licensed in any state or jurisdiction to drive a motor vehicle or obtain an identification card from any state or jurisdiction. An identification card that is issued pursuant to NRS 422A.677 to 422A.6789, inclusive, does not become invalid because the person ceases to be a person experiencing homelessness. An identification card issued pursuant to NRS 422A.677 to 422A.6789, inclusive, must be surrendered upon the issuance of:\n1. A driver’s license from any state or jurisdiction;\n2. An identification card from another state or jurisdiction; or\n3.
