A person is guilty of a misdemeanor if he or she operates:\n(a) A receiving center without holding a valid license; or\n(b) A facility or other entity for which a certificate is required by the regulations adopted pursuant to NRS 424.277 without such a certificate.\n2. The Division may bring an action in the name of the State of Nevada to enjoin any person or entity from operating a receiving center or a facility or other entity for which a certificate is required by the regulations adopted pursuant to NRS 424.277 without a valid license or certificate, as applicable.\n3.
