[Effective July 1, 2026.]","body":"Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, the judicial officer may certify a proceeding to establish an order for support of a dependent child or arrearages to the district court if the issues are complex or beyond the competence of the judicial officer. The judicial officer shall enter a temporary recommendation for support in such cases.
