Submit a report containing recommendations for legislative action to the Legislative Commission and the Governor before September 1 of each even-numbered year.\n2. Accept gifts, grants and donations that must be deposited in an account established pursuant to NRS 427A.395.\n3. Adopt procedures to conduct meetings of the Forum and committees thereof.
