The independent living services that the Division may, pursuant to this section and NRS 427A.7953, provide to a person with a disability who needs independent living services may include, without limitation, assistance and training as to how to perform skills of daily living, including, without limitation:\n(a) The preparation and eating of meals;\n(b) Home management, including, without limitation, paying bills;\n(c) Communication, including, without limitation, the use of services of assistive technology;\n(d) Orientation and mobility; and\n(e) Any other skills that will allow a person who has recently become disabled to function and live in a more independent manner.\n2.
