Consulting with experts and other interested persons to ensure the data collected is of the highest quality;\n2. Entering into a contract or other agreement with any person or entity, including, without limitation, a college or university, to:\n(a) Assist the Committee with its organization and meetings;\n(b) Collect, analyze and disseminate information; or\n(c) Assist in carrying out any other duty of the Committee;\n3. Establishing subcommittees consisting of members of the Committee; and\n4.
