{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-428.080","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 428.080","heading":"Expenditure for transportation of nonresident indigent to place of residence.","body":"Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the board of county commissioners may make budgetary provision for the transportation of an indigent person who is a nonresident or whose county of residence is another county, to the state or county of residence of the indigent person.
