Any person who brings into or leaves within, or aids another person in bringing into or leaving within any county, an indigent person who is a nonresident or whose county of residence is another county, knowingly and for the purpose of imposing the indigent person as a public charge on the county to which the person is brought or left is guilty of a misdemeanor.\n2.
