A provider of foster care;\n2. An employee of a foster home;\n3. An agency which provides child welfare services to the child, and any employee thereof;\n4. A juvenile court with jurisdiction over the child;\n5. A guardian ad litem for the child;\n6. An attorney for the child; or\n7.
