A provider may authorize:\n(a) A person to obtain experience in the field, as an intern member of the staff of an outdoor youth program, if the person is:\n(1) Not less than 21 years of age; and\n(2) Supervised by the field staff.\n(b) A person who is not a client or member of the staff of an outdoor youth program to participate in the program as a voluntary assistant if the person is:\n(1) Not less than 18 years of age;\n(2) Under the direct supervision of the field staff; and\n(3) Not allowed to supervise clients.\n2.
