A field administrator shall:\n(a) Establish written procedures for the transportation of clients to and from the field, both routinely and in emergencies; and\n(b) Ensure that an appropriate means for the provision of that transportation is readily available while clients are participating in the outdoor youth program.\n2. When transporting a client:\n(a) The driver of the vehicle must hold a current driver’s license; and\n(b) At least two members of the staff of the outdoor youth program must be in the vehicle, one of whom must be of the same sex as the client.\n3.
