A court clerk may allow any of the following documents to be filed electronically:\n(a) A petition signed by the district attorney or the Attorney General pursuant to NRS 432B.510; or\n(b) A report prepared pursuant to NRS 432B.540.\n2. Any document that is filed electronically pursuant to this section must contain the electronic signature of the person who is filing the document.\n3.
