The reports of any examinations or evaluations of a child by any person professionally qualified in the field of psychiatric mental health;\n2. Any information concerning the child provided by:\n(a) A person professionally qualified in the field of psychiatric mental health;\n(b) A representative of the agency which provides child welfare services;\n(c) An adult caretaker who is knowledgeable about the child; or\n(d) A guardian ad litem appointed for the child pursuant to NRS 432B.500;\n3. The wishes of the child concerning care and treatment and placement in a facility;\n4. The best interests of the child, including, without limitation, whether the court believes the child might experience any psychological trauma from court-ordered admission;\n5. Any alternative care or treatment options; and\n6.
