The Commission shall appoint a subcommittee on the mental health of children to review the findings and recommendations of each mental health consortium submitted pursuant to NRS 433B.335 and to create a statewide plan for the provision of mental health services to children.\n2. The members of the subcommittee appointed pursuant to this section serve at the pleasure of the Commission.
