The Rural Behavioral Health Region consisting of the counties of Elko, Eureka, Humboldt, Lander, Pershing and White Pine;\n4. The Southern Behavioral Health Region consisting of the counties of Esmeralda, Lincoln and Mineral and the portion of the county of Nye that is north of the 38th parallel of north latitude; and\n5.
