A service operated within a county program must be directed to at least one of the following mental health areas:\n(a) Mental illness;\n(b) Intellectual disabilities;\n(c) Developmental disabilities;\n(d) Organic brain and other neurological impairment; and\n(e) Alcohol or other substance use disorders.\n2.
