There are two types of admissions of persons with intellectual disabilities or persons with developmental disabilities to an intellectual and developmental disability center:\n(a) Voluntary admission.\n(b) Involuntary admission.\n2. An application for admission of a person with an intellectual disability or a person with a developmental disability to an intellectual and developmental disability center must be made on a form approved by the Division and the Attorney General.
