{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-435.124","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 435.124","heading":"Involuntary admission: Hearing on petition; notice.","body":"Immediately after receiving the petition, the clerk of the district court shall transmit the petition to the district judge, who shall:\n1. Determine whether appropriate space and programs are available for the person at the intellectual and developmental disability center to which it is proposed that the person be admitted; and\n2. If appropriate space and programs are available, set a time and place for a hearing on the petition.\nÊ The hearing must be held within 7 calendar days after the date when the petition was filed.
