If the administrative officer of an intellectual and developmental disability center finds that a consumer is no longer in need of the services offered at the center, the administrative officer shall discharge that consumer.\n2. A written notice of the discharge must be given to the consumer and the consumer’s representatives at least 10 days before the discharge.\n3.
