The Division shall enter into a cooperative agreement with the Rehabilitation Division of the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation to provide long-term support to persons with intellectual disabilities or persons with developmental disabilities, including, without limitation, jobs and day training services and supported living arrangement services. The agreement must include a provision stating that employment is the preferred service option for all adults of working age.\n2.
