Prescribe the neurodegenerative diseases for which information may be reported in accordance with NRS 439.5274, which may include, without limitation, Parkinson’s disease, Parkinsonisms, multiple sclerosis and Alzheimer’s disease;\n2. Prescribe the form and manner for reporting information on cases of neurodegenerative diseases and the information that may be included in each report; and\n3.
