The Director shall evaluate the effectiveness of the program established pursuant to NRS 439B.350 annually. The evaluation must include, without limitation, measuring the effectiveness of the content, form and method of dissemination of information through the program.\n2. The Director shall make any necessary recommendations to improve the program based upon the evaluation.\n3.
