Except as otherwise provided in subsections 2 and 3, each pharmacy shall, in accordance with the regulations adopted pursuant to NRS 439B.685, provide to the Authority:\n(a) Information that a consumer may use to locate, contact or otherwise do business with the pharmacy, including, without limitation:\n(1) The name of the pharmacy;\n(2) The physical address of the pharmacy; and\n(3) The phone number of the pharmacy;\n(b) If the pharmacy maintains an electronic mail address, the electronic mail address of the pharmacy; and\n(c) If the pharmacy maintains an Internet website, the Internet address of that website.\n2. If a pharmacy is not located within the State of Nevada, the pharmacy may, but is not required to, provide to the Authority the information described in subsection 1.\n3.
