On or before December 31 of each even-numbered year, the Office shall submit to the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau for transmittal to the next regular session of the Legislature a report concerning the cost, performance and effectiveness of the all-payer claims database and any recommendations to improve the all-payer claims database.\n2.
