Stillborn children or those dead at birth shall be registered as a stillbirth and a certificate of stillbirth shall be filed with the local health officer in the usual form and manner.\n2. The medical certificate of the cause of death shall be signed by the attending physician or attending advanced practice registered nurse, if any.\n3.
