Any coroner whose duty it is to hold an inquest on the body of any deceased person, and to make the certificate of death required for a burial permit, shall state in the coroner’s certificate the name of the disease causing death, or, if from external causes:\n(a) The means of death; and\n(b) Whether (probably) accidental, suicidal or homicidal.\n2.
