{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-444.435","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 444.435","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this section and NRS 444.436 and 444.437, unless the context otherwise requires:\n1. “Plastic” means a material made of polymeric organic compounds and additives that can be shaped by flow.\n2. “Plastic bottle” means a plastic container intended for single use that has a:\n(a) Neck smaller than the body of the container;\n(b) Screw-top, snap-cap or other closure; and\n(c) Capacity of not less than 16 fluid ounces nor more than 5 gallons.\n3. “Rigid plastic container” means a formed or molded container intended for a single use, composed predominantly of plastic resin, that has a relatively inflexible finite shape or form and a capacity of not less than 8 ounces nor more than 5 gallons.
