Any person who violates any regulation adopted by the State Environmental Commission or any ordinance or resolution adopted by the governing body of a municipality or district board of health is guilty of a misdemeanor.\n2. Each day or part of a day during which such violation is continued or repeated constitutes a separate offense.\n3.
