{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-445a.380","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 445A.380","heading":"“Package plant for sewage treatment” defined.","body":"1. “Package plant for sewage treatment” means any plant which:\n(a) Consists of units or modules designed for construction, assembly, connection and installation at the site for treatment of sewage; and\n(b) Is privately owned and will be operated to treat wastewater and sewage for a limited area.\n2.
