It is unlawful for any person to:\n(a) Possess any unauthorized evidence of compliance;\n(b) Make, issue or use any imitation or counterfeit evidence of compliance;\n(c) Willfully and knowingly fail to comply with the provisions of NRS 445B.700 to 445B.815, inclusive, or any regulation adopted by the Department of Motor Vehicles;\n(d) Issue evidence of compliance if he or she is not a licensed inspector of an authorized inspection station, authorized station or fleet station;\n(e) Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, tamper with a device for the control of emissions of a motor vehicle or remove such a device from a motor vehicle, including, without limitation, exchanging the engine of a motor vehicle for a different engine; or\n(f) Possess an electronic device capable of tampering with a device for the control of emissions of a motor vehicle.\n2.
