{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-449.0055","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 449.0055","heading":"“Facility for transitional living for released offenders” defined.","body":"1. “Facility for transitional living for released offenders” means a residence that provides housing and a living environment for persons who have been released from prison and who require assistance with reintegration into the community, other than such a residence that is operated or maintained by a state or local government or an agency thereof. The term does not include a recovery house for persons recovering from alcohol or other substance use disorders or a facility for the treatment of alcohol or other substance use disorders.\n2.
