Compile and post on an Internet website maintained by the Division information concerning the licensing status and quality of:\n(a) Facilities for the treatment of alcohol or other substance use disorders;\n(b) Medical facilities that provide a program of treatment for alcohol or other substance use disorders; and\n(c) To the extent that such information is available, unlicensed programs of treatment for alcohol or other substance use disorders; and\n2.
