[Effective July 1, 2026.]","body":"1. If, after investigation, the Division finds that the:\n(a) Applicant is in full compliance with the provisions of NRS 449.029 to 449.2428, inclusive;\n(b) Applicant is in substantial compliance with the standards and regulations adopted by the Board;\n(c) Applicant, if he or she has undertaken a project for which approval is required pursuant to NRS 439A.100 or 439A.102, has obtained the approval of the Director of the Department of Human Services; and\n(d) Facility conforms to the applicable zoning regulations,\nÊ the Division shall issue the license to the applicant.\n2. Any investigation of an applicant for a license to provide community-based living arrangement services or rehabilitative residential mental health care conducted pursuant to subsection 1 must include, without limitation, an inspection of any building operated by the applicant in which the applicant proposes to provide community-based living arrangement services or rehabilitative residential mental health care, as applicable.\n3.
