Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, a facility for skilled nursing or facility for intermediate care licensed pursuant to the provisions of NRS 449.029 to 449.2428, inclusive, may not be operated except under the supervision of a nursing facility administrator or a health services executive who is at the facility and licensed under the provisions of chapter 654 of NRS.\n2.
