A hospital shall document in the medical record of the patient:\n(a) The attempt or completion of any actions required pursuant to NRS 449A.321 or 449A.324;\n(b) Any instructions given pursuant to NRS 449A.324; and\n(c) The date and time at which such instructions were given.\n2.
