Money received from the certification of intermediary service organizations:\n(a) Must be forwarded to the State Treasurer for deposit in the State Treasury;\n(b) Must be accounted for separately in the State General Fund; and\n(c) May only be used to carry out the provisions of NRS 449B.500 to 449B.795, inclusive.\n2.
