In adopting regulations under NRS 450B.120 and 450B.130, the board may use standards and regulations proposed by:\n(a) The Committee on Trauma of the American College of Surgeons;\n(b) The United States Department of Transportation;\n(c) The United States Public Health Service;\n(d) The Bureau of Health Insurance of the Social Security Administration;\n(e) The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons;\n(f) The National Academy of Sciences—National Research Council;\n(g) The American Heart Association; and\n(h) Regional, state and local emergency medical services committees and councils.\n2.
