If a designated officer receives a notice from a medical facility, county coroner or medical examiner, as applicable, pursuant to NRS 450B.370 that an emergency response employee may have been exposed to an infectious disease, the designated officer shall, as soon as is practicable after receiving the notice, notify each emergency response employee who responded to the emergency and may have been exposed to an infectious disease.\n2.
