Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, if a special event is to be held and 50,000 or more persons are projected to be in attendance at the event at the same time, the host organization shall provide:\n(a) Two or more first-aid stations at the site of the special event;\n(b) Two or more physicians licensed pursuant to chapter 630 or 633 of NRS who have experience providing emergency medical services;\n(c) Two or more roving emergency medical technician teams; and\n(d) Two or more dedicated advanced life support ambulances.\n2.
