Adopt, amend and enforce rules and regulations for the use, care, control, management, restriction and protection of its property;\n2. Restrict and limit the use of all property within its cemetery;\n3. Regulate the uniformity of erections within its cemetery;\n4. Regulate, prohibit or remove monuments, effigies and structures within any portion of its cemetery;\n5. Prohibit the introduction of plants and shrubs within its cemetery;\n6. Regulate or prohibit, for good cause, the use of any portion of its cemetery for interment, entombment or inurnment; and\n7.
