Educational programs for the prevention and recognition of and responses to opioid-related drug overdoses and other drug overdoses;\n2. Training programs for patients who receive opioid antagonists and for the families and caregivers of such patients concerning the prevention and recognition of and responses to opioid-related drug overdoses and other drug overdoses;\n3. Projects to encourage, when appropriate, the prescription and distribution of opioid antagonists; and\n4.
