The Division shall, by regulation, prescribe any fee that is necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter, including, without limitation, fees for:\n(a) An application for a certificate;\n(b) The issuance of a certificate;\n(c) The renewal of a certificate;\n(d) Any examination the Division may require for obtaining a certificate; and\n(e) Inspections of boilers, elevators or pressure vessels.\n2. Any fee prescribed by the Division pursuant to subsection 1 must be based on the actual cost necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.\n3.
