The Governor shall appoint the member of the Rocky Mountain Low-Level Radioactive Waste Board to represent this State. The member serves at the pleasure of the Governor.\n2. The member representing this State on the Rocky Mountain Low-Level Radioactive Waste Board may, in the member’s absence, be represented on the Board by an alternate designated by the member.
