The provisions of NRS 459.560 and 459.565 that concern hazardous substances do not apply:\n(a) To mining or agricultural activities; or\n(b) To other facilities or locations where the quantity of any one hazardous substance at any one facility or location does not exceed 1,000 kilograms at any time.\n2.
