A determination made pursuant to paragraph (a) or (b) of subsection 1 of NRS 463.310 of whether a violation of this chapter or chapter 368A, 462, 464, 465 or 466, or any regulation adopted pursuant thereto, has occurred;\n2. A determination made pursuant to subsection 2 of NRS 463.310 of whether to file a complaint with the Commission and the content of any such complaint;\n3. An interpretation of:\n(a) Any provision of title 41 of NRS or any regulations promulgated thereunder; or\n(b) The applicability of any federal or state law or regulation to any provision of title 41 of NRS or any regulations promulgated thereunder; or\n4.
