The Attorney General, at the direction of the Commission, may institute a civil action in any district court of this State against any person subject to this chapter or chapter 462, 464 or 465 of NRS to restrain a violation of this chapter or chapter 462, 464 or 465 of NRS.\n2. The district court shall give priority over other civil actions to an action brought pursuant to this section.\n3.
