The policy of the State of Nevada with respect to the issuance of licenses to limited-liability companies is:\n(a) To broaden the opportunity for investment in gaming through the pooling of capital in limited-liability companies.\n(b) To maintain effective control over the conduct of gaming by limited-liability companies.\n(c) To restrain any speculative promotion of interests in a limited-liability company in gaming enterprises.\n2.
