It is unlawful for a person during the pendency of any proceeding before the Commission which may result in the appointment of a supervisor or during the period of supervision:\n(a) To sell, lease or otherwise convey for less than full market value or to hypothecate any property of a gaming establishment.\n(b) To remove from this state or secrete from the Commission or the supervisor of a gaming establishment any property, money, books or records of the establishment, including evidences of debts owed to it.\n2.
