If it appears that a majority of the owners of land voting at the election have voted in favor of dissolution, the board of directors of the district shall:\n(a) Cause such facts to be entered upon its minutes.\n(b) Forward a copy of such entry to the board of county commissioners of the county in which the district is situated.\n(c) Record a copy of such entry with the county recorder.\n2.
